Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on products that have been:

Used, sharpened, or exposed to moisture or outdoor elements

Modified or customized

Sold as clearance or final sale items
Quality Issues or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or if there’s a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at liuruzhou@gmail.com.
Kindly provide clear photos or videos showing the issue, and our customer service team will review your case promptly.
Once confirmed, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund—no return shipping required.
We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and we’ll make sure your issue is resolved quickly and fairly.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned:

Health or personal care products

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us first at liuruzhou@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return shipping address (our U.S. warehouse located in Secaucus, NJ).
Refunds (if applicable)
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm we have received it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company—some posting delays may occur.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email liuruzhou@gmail.com before returning the product.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to our U.S. return center in Secaucus, New Jersey (details will be provided after your return request is approved).
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
For high-value items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
